Calcutta Thanks Pony Shoes

We would like to send a huge shout-out to Pony Shoes for providing us with some great kicks to rock out with. Check out their shoes by visiting www.pony.com.

From Grant:
Hey Guys. Just an update from the Calcutta studio. Sameer and i just finished recording some acoustic guitar overdubs for another song that has yet to be named, but for the time being we're calling it "Whatever You Want." Nathan has also finished his vocals for the album version of "Oxygen" which first appeared on our "Unplugged" release from Sony/BMG as an acoustic track. In Calcutta style, the album version is louder and definitely rocks out. See you all soon.

UPDATE FROM THE STUDIO

UPDATE FROM THE STUDIO
Hey Guys. Here's some updates from the Calcutta studio:

From Grant:
First of all, thanks to everyone who regularly checks this page. We have had an overwhelmingly large amount of views from throughout the country and around the world. We'd also like to thank everyone who has purchased The World Alone Deluxe Edition from iTunes and all the other media retailers. You guys rock and we really hope you like what you hear. Also, we'd like to update you on what's been going on in the studio. Currently we are laying down guitar tracks for a song that doesn't have a title yet, but we call it "PCH" for now. We've been experimenting with new guitar sounds and recording techqniues that we have never attempted before and are really excited with the way that everything is turning out. Keep in touch and we'll keep updating you on our progress.

From Nathan:
Hey guys, It's been a while since we have updated this, but we have been so busy making music this summer, and occasionally sneaking in some trips here and there. I cut vocals for what may be one of the first songs on the album, Oxygen, last week and i'm really happy with how it's turned out. I went back home to Camarillo for a moment to meet up with some friends and the cover band in the bar was covering Calcutta! It was completly random! It's these experiences that motivate us to continue to provide music for you through your inspiration. I'm looking forward to coming back to Rock City and Camarillo in general. There are so many new faces to perform in front of. We have a great scene back home and I truely miss it. See you all soon.
